Foresight Canada is building on the momentum of its British Columbia, Alberta, and Atlantic Canada Cleantech Awards with its most ambitious initiative yet: the Canadian Cleantech Awards.
The new national event will recognize innovators, adopters, funders, and supporters driving clean technology progress across the country, while continuing to highlight regional achievements. It marks a major step toward bringing Canada’s fragmented cleantech ecosystem onto a unified national stage.
More than a traditional awards ceremony, the 2026 edition evolves into a full networking experience. Hosted in May 2026 in Kelowna, British Columbia—one of Canada’s top staycation destinations—the event will include a golf tournament and a sustainability-aligned wine tour designed to spark new partnerships and business opportunities. The aim is to help translate Canada’s world-class innovation into economic impact across the cleantech value chain.
Nominations for the inaugural Canadian Cleantech Awards are now open. Foresight is inviting companies, organizations, and individuals from all cleantech sectors and regions to submit nominations and be recognized nationally.
